Consent as per TRAI Guideline
As per TRAI Guidelines, a customer needs to renew its opt-in status in the database. This opt-in status can easily be refreshed just by sending a simple SMS using our online SMS Platform. Brand needs to run consent campaigns every 6 months to renew the status. All mobile numbers that do not give their consent within stipulated time should be removed from the database. A voice campaign is effective way to collect customer preference. Broadcast a recorded voice clip of 20-22 seconds with an option to customer to give their approval for communication. E.g. at the end of voice clip customer will be asked to press 1 to receive SMS Text from Brand. It very effective.
